1. Promoter
This competition is being run by Rocket, a media agency acting on behalf of our client Tiny Totz Kidz (the brand).
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Only one entry per person is allowed. Employees of Rocket, Tiny Totz Kidz, or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter
3. How to Enter
To enter, simply submit your name and email address via the Meta lead form promoted on Tiny Totz Kidz’ social media. No purchase is necessary.
4. Competition Period
The competition will run from 28th July to 22nd August. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
5. Prize
5 winners will receive a Tiny Totz Kidz merchandise collection. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Rocket and Tiny Totz Kidz reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on the form within [5] working days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within [7] days, a new winner may be selected.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
By entering the competition, you agree to provide your name and email address. This data will be collected and stored by Rocket (the media agency running the campaign) and shared with Tiny Totz Kidz for the purposes of prize fulfillment and newsletter communications.
Your information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. You can unsubscribe from the Tiny Totz Kidz newsletter at any time by using the link provided in the emails.
Your data will not be used for any purpose other than those stated above, nor will it be shared with third parties beyond Rocket and Tiny Totz Kidz.
8. General
Rocket reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Rocket and Tiny Totz Kidz is final. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta or Facebook.
